Ronald Moon Obituary : Ronald Earl Moon, age 72, of Martinsville, passed from this earthly life on Monday, October 19, 2020 at Franciscan St.

Ronald Moon Obituary : Francis Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born on October 25, 1947 in Indianapolis to the late Earl Herman and Effie Beatrice (Brannon) Moon.
Ronald Moon Obituary : Ron attended Southport High School. After high school, he was drafted and served his country honorably in the United Dtates Army in the Vietnam War.

Ronald Moon Obituary : He worked for Hertz Rent-a-Car as a Class A Mechanic for 39 years.
An avid car lover, he greatly enjoyed muscle cars. He also enjoyed music, movies, television, and trivia. He was active on social media and managed several history, cars, and other social media groups on Facebook.

Ronald Moon Obituary : He leaves behind his family and friends including his sons, Ron Moon Jr. of Martinsville and Ryan (wife, Cara) Moon of Morgantown; daughter, Vanessa (husband, Rhys) Kenworthy of New Whiteland; former wife of 36 years, Diane Moon of Indianapolis; sister, Donna (husband, Mark) Stephens of Avon; grandchildren, Breanna (husband, Corey) Farrell of Indianapolis, Christian Camden of New Whiteland, Andy Moon of Morgantown, Emily Moon of Morgantown, Cade Camden of New Whiteland, Nicholas Moon of Martinsville, and Olivia Moon of Morgantown; and best friend, Charlie (wife, Brenda) Schoenbachler of Beech Grove.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Effie and sister, Lola Moon.
Friends and family are invited to gather on Saturday, October 24, 2020 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the chapel at Neal & Summers Funeral and Cremation Center in Martinsville.

Ronald Moon Obituary : A memorial service celebrating Mr. Moon’s life will follow beginning at 4:00 pm at the funeral home. Mr. Moon’s earthly remains have been cremated.
